Before beginning exterior work—including painting, repairs, or replacing windows and doors—contact Town Hall about required permits and design review. Interior work does not require historic design review.
Interested in historic designation or restoring your property? Qualifying rehabilitation projects may be eligible for tax credits, and locally designated properties may qualify for restoration grants. Eligible projects must receive approval before work begins.
